Fall Design Giveaway!

One of our goals is to offer the opportunity for great design annually to new clients through discounts, free services, and expert consultation.

This Giveaway waives the fees for design services at the start of the project, covering consultation, concept boards, and selection of furniture, art, and accessories for the design project (valued at $2500 and up depending on project). After the client approves the design concept, the client pays for inventory, delivery, and onsite installation.

 FAQs

    • Short term rental property (vacation rentals, Airbnbs, etc.) must be located in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, or Pennsylvania and easily accessible by car.

    • Owner or property management company must be present for onsite consultation for verification of eligibility.

    • Property owner must sign a contract for COLLETTE full service or refresh design package which includes property owner payment for inventory and installation, and receivership of inventory.

    • Design project should commence by May 2024.

    • Properties must be already constructed and move-in ready for occupancy, or scheduled to be move-in ready by installation date.

    • Property owner must agree to have their property photographed and used for COLLETTE promotional purposes.

    • SEND YOUR SUBMISSION BY EMAIL BY THE DEADLINE DATE.

    • Include property owner's name, mailing address, rental property address, cell phone, and email.

    • Include the link to the rental online listing photos.

    • If the rental is not yet listed, include clear full room photos (not to exceed 15) of the outside front and back of the property, and each room in the rental. Include the photos in the body of the email message and not as attachments. Attachments will not be opened.

    • Include when you want the design work completed (your preferred deadline) and whether your date is flexible.

    • Share why you want design services for your rental, and any other special information to support your entry.

    • Opportunity: Up to three (3) short-term rentals may be selected!

    • Notification of Selection: Projects selected will be notified by email by November 17, 2023, or earlier for early entries.

    • Verification Process: If selected, project owners will have two weeks to (in this order) a) complete the questionnaire about your design needs; b) review the investment guide to understand the cost of inventory; c) participate in a video discovery call to verify basic eligibility; d) sign a contract; and e) schedule an onsite in-person design consultation at the rental property to verify full eligibility of your property.

    • Disqualification: Entries may be disqualified after selection if the property does not match photos, is inaccessible, is not move-in ready; the owner is not financially prepared; or the verification process is not completed within two weeks.

    • Notification of Receipt: All complete entries will receive confirmation of receipt. Only finalists will be notified of selection.
